Going Back in Time to 1916 Russia
While Jacobson Steven was out getting schoolings from the best Time Lord they know The Doctor. Henry and Carra a week later in the morning over a cup of Coffee started a conversation. Henry was thinking about what The Doctor had revealed to them looking at Carra he asked,"So, are we going to talk about something we learned from The Doctor? What time period did he say the dead Time Lord's are in? Is the Gallifreyan technology left there still operational?
